Hi there. If it helps I have a humax box model DTRT2100
I noticed tonight that I don't seem to be able to access any the channels that I should have through now tv through the tv guide. (Eg sky witness , sky movies etc)
I can still access it through the app on the TV no problem
<channel name> is unavailable. Please check if you can continue to access this channel. IPC6007
I had tried a reboot & retune thinking it was maybe to do with the freeview reshuffle but it hasn't worked.

Hi John, OK tried all the steps & still no luck
Although when try to update the apps I get an error message stating
"we can't update your apps. Please try again later or visit bt.com/tverrors for help"
However I can access the nowtv app ok. Its just the channels on the TV guide that won't work

Sorry you're still having problems seeing the NOW channels on your TV guide. You've ruled out everything that you can from your side so please get in touch and we'll double check your subscription.

It maybe depends on your box or your TV but I have them as tv channels
I have been able to get it fixed although I'm not entirely sure what fixed it.
