Hi, I recently noticed that things I had set up to record (Freeview channels), were not recorded. Also now when I go into guide and try to record using the red record button on my handset it no longer works. I have tried restarting the box and retuning the channel but no change. Can anyone advise / help?

Next stage would be a maintenance mode reset (keeping recordings).

However it may ultimately require a full reset which would lose you your current recordings.
Are you able to view your existing recordings normally ? Also how much disk space do you currently have available ?
I know absolutely nothing about BT boxes so this is just a guess. Is there a storage management setting on the box? if so then perhaps the disc is full and it is not set to overwrite the oldest recording?
