I have the Entertainment package. However, I can't find a way of activating Netflix. The Login does not recognise my email address.

Thank you for posting. If you check your order confirmation email it will give you all the steps you need to follow to complete the Netflix activation with BT. You can also activate it by going onto the ‘TV and Sport’ section of My BT. You’ll be asked to enter an email address and password.
