Went onto Netflix app and message on screen says Your TV isn't part of the Netflix household for this account
It says to update but says Error. Annoying especially as it's part of my subscription
Got around it by selecting I am travelling and entered a code number to get in. Hope it is a glitch
It sounds as though Netflix thinks your package has been accessed elsewhere. Have you given your password details to someone else? Are you using a VPN on your broadband which may confuse Netflix?
If not your account may have been compromised to some degree and a password change may be in order. This is something that is being driven by Netflix not BT no matter what device it is accessed on
