Moving house I phoned BT to move my broadband across, I was sold some additional tv package which included sky channels. After the call I phoned sky and found out I was tied in to another 12 months with them still. I have now phoned BT back 3 times (totally 4 hours) trying to cancel the EE TV off and they keep saying it’s done but with no email confirmation I’m not convinced. Want to cancel the whole broadband package now extremely unimpressed. Don’t know else to cancel, anyone had the same problem?
Check MYBT and you should see your order and hopefully the cancellation
Thanks! Just had a look at yep sadly it’s not been cancelled… I spoke to two separate people who both told me it was cancelled and they would confirm over email, back on the phone today to cancel my whole package now! Thanks
