For the last week or so I have been unable to swap my TV Package. It tells me to call but when I speak to the values team they encounter the same problem. I am even unable to change any add-ons that I have as part of my package as they also have errors.
I basically want to cancel BT Sport as I no longer require this and am being charged for a package that I don't need or want.
I also recently regarded by Broadband package but without a landline, this error seems to have coincided with this change.
