I’ve just changed my old TV package to one that includes Netflix and upgraded this from basic to standard. My husband already has a Netflix account so I went to activate Netflix on My BT and asked him to put in his details for his account. Unfortunately he has 2 e-mail addresses and put in the wrong one, then went through the screens and created a new account against this e-mail address rather than linking his old account. Is there any way to unlink this new account from my BT account and link the old correct account instead?

I am sorry for the problems you're having linking your Netflix account. I fully understand the mix-up. It's nothing something you're going to be able to do as it'll need us to remove the first and add the account you want.
