Channels keep going off

Hi does anyone else's channels keep going off and on please I've checked all connections they fine

What exactly do you mean?

Are the channels breaking up?

Is it subscription channels or the standard Freeview one like BBC & ITV?

Can you go into Settings -> TV Signal Quality for any of the channels that have a problem. For Quality 100% is the target , for Strength the ideal range is 80-92%. If you see 95-100% for signal strength then that would be the problem most likely.

Yes all the channels keep flickering on and off on my bt box i have reset the boxes and checked all connections
