my contract for tv and broadband is coming up for renewal and I don’t see the option on My renewal offers for tv packages, only to upgrade my broadband?
is this because EE now provide the TV packages and it has to be done as a separate option on a different site? Although BT and EE are the same company now (I think anyway)
