Hi
We've had discovery+ basic bundled with our TV package for some time now.
Occasionally, maybe every month or so, it would ask us to activate it again when loading the app.
This time, it does that then after scanning the QR code, I just get directed to the BT site to "upgrade" to the sports package.
No Idea what's going on and caught in a loop. Can you advise please?

Been a while since I used the Pro Box, I may be wrong. But is there an option to avoid the QR code and sign in with your e-mail and password?
Still the box shouldn't be continually doing this, once signed in that should be the end of it, (unless you factory reset it of course).

There's 3 options ; activate, sign in and help.
The activate is the one I followed via a QR.
The sign in takes you to a discovery plus account, which to my knowledge I've never had.

You do have a Discovery + account, but it's activated through BT. Take a look at this thread, it may help:

I find that the Discovery+ app on the Pro box does log me out if I haven’t used it for a while. That’s happened to me again this morning, and I actually think it’s perfectly reasonable for that to be the case.
