Ok, I'll do that, but as the other issue has not been mentioned - is the sound/voice being regularly (but not all the time) out of sync something you are aware of as an issue on this EE TV box please?
I can't see any known issues related to audio synching. Hopefully, the troubleshooting that the technical support team would run through, or the factory reset will help with this too.

@fiddlesticks01 audio sync issues do get reported occasionally in the community.
For example
Recording Failures can be due to a lot of different factors and it is entirely possible that your failures are each down to different events. The absence of error codes/reason for failures is something that was fed back to Youview by users years ago. given that Humax was chosen by Youview/BT as an early original partner in box production it is very surprising that their Youview boxes contained less error reporting than their older Freeview recorders. I suspect this may be because it was originally envisaged that Youview would be on a large number of devices and a much simpler and cheaper approach to error reporting was adopted as the standard. The Box Pro (Sagemcom) have continued to follow that same standard of error reporting.
Support approach to resolving problems has often involved the overuse of factory reset which generally have the benefit of getting the user up and running once they have been through the setup process again. Reporting and investigation of root cause of problems does not seem to occur unless a significant number of people report the same problem or a TV expert becomes involved.
