We've recently been "upgraded" to a new EE TV Box Pro. It's connected to the hub using the ethernet cables that came with the box. Every few days, it's showing error YVM104 and the apps are unavailable. We have it set to receive the TV channels through the aerial and they work fine.
The way to fix the error seems to be unplug the network cable and plug it back in.
Have we got a dodgy box or is this a common issue?
@stein More likely to be a connection or broadband issue than a dodgy box.
