Re: EE TV - Confusion

@oli_le_triathlete Virgin Media have mixed customer service reviews and are not the cheapest.

Think you maybe better staying with Now direct with cinema and getting the discounts as EETV dont ofter the discounts that Now does.

Re: EE TV - Confusion

@oli_le_triathlete  Do you currently  have  your discovery+ standard directly on subscription with Discovery. If so from looking at Discovery response to recent app reviews it seems that if you directly contact discovery with your concern  about the large increase with the withdrawal of Standard and the requirement to take Premium they imply that they would offer a reduced subscription for 7 months., still more than you might currently pay but less than charged elsewhere.

Re: EE TV - Confusion

If you get Virgin, you will lose all possibility of EETV

What are the EETV possibilities (vs Virgin)?

I might get TNT Premium (or whatever they call it) from my EE mobile contract at £20 monthly, which seems to be the cheapest and pain-free option.

Re: EE TV - Confusion

@oli_le_triathlete

What EETV offers has been extensively laid out above for you above, and I do not propose to repeat it.

If you want what it offers, then you must take BT or EE broadband; you cannot get it over Virgin broadband.

EETV customers who have taken EE mobile offers for TNT, or taken TNT as a side offer with a TV from the EE Store, have been disappointed to find they can only access it via the Discovery app, and not via the EPG.
