Upgraded to Full Works package. Tnt not working.

Hi

 

Yesterday I upgraded to the full works package.   Apparently I am switching over to EE from BT as it works out cheaper.

Was told I would be able to watch Sky sports and TNT sports straight away until my activation date of the 29th 

Problem I have is I can watch all my Sky TV channels through Now but TNT sports isn't working neither is the Discovery channel. Just says contact provider which I did yesterday and they just said I should wait 24 hours.

Anyone had this problem.

Once you are with EE, you need to post any questions on their forum.

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.

Hard to know if you were misinformed, or need to wait for your activation.

You might want to ask EE TV support (note the space there) via:-

Call us

Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm

From your EE mobile
From any other phone

0330 123 1105

Calls are free from an EE number. Charges may apply if you call from another network.
 
And although you are fine posting your issue here, now you are with EE you might find more people with this or similar issues on the EE Community:-

I just changed over from BT TV and thought I was on the equivalent TV package but turns out there has been some kind of mix up and some of my HD stuff has disappeared.  

I was on the BT Big Entertainment Max package with HD add on. Odd things are now missing, for example, since the changeover I can't watch Sky News on HD. Not exactly a huge deal but why?   The EE helpdesk are nice friendly folks but cannot seem to get to the bottom of it. 

One week in but no resolution yet.

I had the HD offering, HD plus Now Boost, on BT.

Migrated to EE, this turned into Now Boost only.

So I can’t, for example, get Discovery HD (325) though I can get Discovery (320)

But I can get Sky News HD (385), so I don’t know why you can’t, unless this needs Boost, and you have lost Boost as well.

Check your plan; is Now Boost gone also?

It seems though, that HD has become unavailable as an add-on with EE since the February 6th price list, unless you have Sports, which I think is a mistake.

But you need to be posting this in the EE Community now, if the right people are to see it. Could happen here, but more certain to happen there.

I have the EE tech team working on it since I raised the query/fault last weekend. 

Reply from them yesterday to say they are still working on it to achieve a fix!
