Just temporarily (probably) switched from Sport to Entertainment package.
Can anyone give a simple explanation of how many users are allowed for Netflix and Now TV, both at the same time and whether there are any rules such as waiting for 30 days to nominate a new device etc etc.
Thanks

I know you asked for a simple explanation but I thought it best to give you a couple of links to show how Netflix and Now describe it,
With the Entertainment it is the Netflix Basic pack that is included .

“Watch NETFLIX on 1 supported device at a time”
For NOW
“If you're a BT customer, you can watch NOW on 2 devices at once as long as one is a BT TV Box and you start streaming in the correct order.“
If these are not sufficient you can pay for an addon to your BT TV pack for NETFLIX Standard or Premium .
For NOW there is NOW Boost addon available to increase the number of streams that may be available as a separate addon to your BT TV pack or it may be included when/if you take the BT TV HD addon.
with both you should be able to stop watching on one device and start watching on a different device straightaway providing you have closed the stream correctly.
For Netflix:
BT customers can watch on 2 devices at once (as long as one is a BT TV Box and you start streaming in the correct order), or 3 if you have NOW Boost. If you're watching on a BT TV Box, to watch on 2 devices at once you'll need to leave the NOW channels and start watching on the NOW app.

I’ve signed in on multiple devices (phones, tablets, Apple TV, Roku, fire stick etc) and not been hit with a device limit, so not sure they are enforced any more. It’s just limited by the number of concurrent devices and ‘household’ as per the new Netflix rules.
Hope this helps

For NowTv:
BT customers can watch on 2 devices at once (as long as one is a BT TV Box and you start streaming in the correct order), or 3 if you have NOW Boost. If you're watching on a BT TV Box, to watch on 2 devices at once you'll need to leave the NOW channels and start watching on the NOW app.
So, for Now tv, if 2 devices at once required, you have to use the NOW TV app on the box menu rather than the individual channels from the guide ( which I have only just discovered were a thing) . Is this also what is meant by ' streaming in the correct order' though , as it doesn't appear to be an order related thing more an access related thing?
If you are already using the Now app on another device then you can start watching the Now TV as live TV on your BT TV box (the ones in the box EPG ).
If you are already watching a Now TV channel on your BT TV box . Then if you use another device to run the Now App it will recognise that your Now membership is already in use.
