On Friday 1st March 24, I used webchat to recontract TV and broadband - this means I need new equipment. It was due for delivery by Tuesday 5th March - the order seemed to get stuck at "awaiting dispatch".
I called on Tuesday 5th March 24 to resolve and I think what happened is a new order was generated on same terms. The equipment for that order was due for delivery today (6th March 24) but this second order is now also stuck on "awaiting dispatch".
In summary my order is getting stuck and meanwhile my activation date is today but I have no equipment. Wonder if the mods on here can help please?

We're quite busy at the moment so it will take us a few days before we'll be able to get back to you. If this is urgent I'd recommend speaking with the orders team as it doesnt sound right that the order was replaced for delayed equipment.
