I manage my Dad's account for him as he is partially deaf & elderly.
My parents moved near to us 2 weeks ago & after a total farce from BT not moving their services on the agreed date, an engineer did visit on Thursday to set up their broadband & tv.
Dad says it was all working, I wasn't there but since everytime the tv is turned on the above error code is displayed with a message saying sorry you are not a BT customer.
Broadband & phone is working fine just not the bttv.
I have tried software updates & restarting the box as well as retuning.
Can someone help please
It sounds like your Dad's broadband is not linked to his TV account, you'll need assistance from a mod to sort that out
