Factory Reset freeze

Doing Factory Reset and it is frozen on Parental Controls page will not accept continue button.

Fixed, when you do a factory reset it impairs with the remote so you have to pair the remote again by Bluetooth. Home and 9 together to reset remote home and 7 together to pair. Box was not frozen remote was disconnected all ok now .
