So my BT pro box is setup for IP channels and the last few days my box is constantly showing failed recordings. Also even previously recorded shows which were fine are now showing as failed. I've restarted the box but it's still the same.
Hi @jam2000, sorry that your recordings are failing.
Are they still showing as failed? If so would you try a hard reset and test to see if it records ok?

Yes still failing, I don't understand how older recordings which recorded ok are now showing as failed.
I wiped the box and started again, hopefully it won't happen again.
I have had this issue ever since switching to IP channels, happens multiple times which can be very frustrating.
Never had this issue when using an aerial. I did flag this when on the trial for IP channels but still doesn't seem to be fixed.
All the recordings become corrupt and can no longer be played.
I'll get a day or two of failed recordings - but it then corrects itself.
I don't check everyday so don't know if the box is stuck during those times.
But it seems to be a batch of all planned recordings within a time frame of many hours (maybe 2-3 days).

which BT TV box is it the BT TV Box Pro or one of the older models .
when you say the recordings were previously OK was this this because you were previously able to play them ?
