Yesterday afternoon I had my TV on the radio as usual while I am working and I suddenly got a message that there was an issue with the channel.
Now on bot boxes that I have there are no freeview channels. On one box I have tried to retune channels and am getting 0 freeview channels. The other is giving error YVM302.
The TV not connected to a BT box is picking up freeview OK but we only have a limited number of channels in this area.
I contacted support and they ran test and said that the channels are showing as unavailable. They have booked an engineer to come out on Saturday morning but looking for ideas that might fix it before that.
