Still no update on my complaint after 9 days.
I'll give it till the end of this week then follow up.
I'm happy with the broadband and digital voice and mobile, it's just EE TV hopefully that will be cancelled

A complaint may take up to 10 days to receive a response, depending on its complexity.
I can imagine it's worrying that you've not received anything so far though.
