Watching YouView, I get freezing, dropouts etc.
Is there any way to report online or do you have to go through the call centre.
It is obviously easier to pass the type number, serial number etc etc in an EMail.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your YouView box. You can see ways to contact our technical team here Fix EE TV | BT Help. There is a messaging option if that works better for you 🙂

It arrived today, should have been yesterday but I had to tell Royal Mail to hold it for a day because I was out yesterday.
No sign of the fault that I had previously and the new box seems faster
I will send off the old box etc tomorrow. Pity they do not just tell people to keep the leads if they want because sure they are not re-used.
