I have tried everything that online help have suggested, I have tried cat6 and wireless connections but still no luck. I have factory reset both box and hub and still keep getting the same error code when trying to watch freeview channels. I have even tried 3 different freeview aerials.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Glad you are getting some help now, but just to point out this error is to do with the loss of multicast packets somewhere in your internet pathways. Freeview aerials don’t interact with your internet in any way, so you could have saved yourself a bit of effort there.
