IPC 6023 is becoming a real nuisance we have had this problem for years no one seems to fix it. It has to be at BT s end
Hi @57mo I'm really sorry about that and can appreciate the frustration it must be causing. IPC6023 is quite a generic error but it usually means the BT TV box isn't getting the packets of information that contain the TV steam.
Is the error there all the time or is it intermittent?
Also when this happens is the screen black with just the error showing or does the picture pixelate first?
Also, some more information on your TV setup will help us work this out, what model of BT TV box do you have, is it connected using an ethernet cable or powerline adapters or wifi if it's a pro box?

It is intermittent.Black screen .
It has in-line adapters we have tried all the things been told by bt still the same. Tried Ethernet and still comes up.
Think it is a configuration problem
@57mo what model of box do you have? Configuration issues are normally not intermittent, if it was a network configuration issue it would never work.

Not sure what the model is but has single button at the front with red light on right side.
We paid for this box from bt
@57mo take a look at this bt.com help page and let me know which one it is. If you're using powerline adapters have these been provided by BT and have you tried a reset on them? They use your electrical wiring to provide the broadband signal to the box and I suspect this is where the problem is.
If you have a pro box I would recommend connecting it via wifi to see if that helps.

Yes it is pro box2
We had it with broadband and still got it with fibre.
It is a bt problem.
