Since yesterday I’ve got error IPC6007 on my Now TV HD channels (eg: NOW Sky Atlantic, NOW Commedy Gold) saying I need to add them. I also appear to have received an email dated 28 June 11.01pm saying I cancelled them. I most certainly did not. I don’t know how to. I’ve another email for exactly the same date/time saying I took a free trial of Hayu via NOW TV. I did do this and can categorically state I was never asked to cancel anything else. What has happened? I would like them restored ASAP.
