Hello,
i am getting an error code IPC6023 on every channel , I have restarted my FTTP Modem , BT router and Bt tv box several times. I have tried an Ethernet connection and still getting the same code. Please can someone assist.
i am on full fibre 900 package so speeds is not an issue.

I am sorry for the IPC6023 error message you're seeing on your BT TV service. I understand you've tried an ethernet cable direct from the Hub to the box and you're still seeing this error code.
