IPC6023 Error

Just switched to bt tv using internet mode, all seems good with the apps and able to stream on discovery etc, however when trying to watch any of the channels via the guide we get the ipc6023 error. Hub and box are connected via cable. Am i

Hi @nicmain Thanks for posting, I've checked your connection this morning and it appears any problem has been sorted  as the Hub and TV box look to get getting good multicast service.
