IPC6023

Go to solution

Hi - like many other posts, I've seen, I'm having trouble with subscription channel access, receiving the IPC6023 error message.  I've followed the instructions, checking (and even changing) cable connections, restarting the router, but to no avail.  I know it's not a subscription problem as I can watch the channels on my mobile, so am currently doing this and streaming to my TV via airplay - but not ideal obvs.

Appreciate any advice pls.

Morning @gavs1m

Thanks for coming to the community.

It sounds like you have tried everything you can, and we would need to get the error code looked into and see what is needed to get the subscription channels working for you.

To do this, please get in touch with our broadband tech guides and they will complete some troubleshooting for this error code.

Let me know how you get on.

Leanne.

I have had this ongoing issue for too long! Beyond frustrated. I have raised with we. I have changed the tv box. I have said there is a faulty. I have have their engineer visit. Still getting error. It only happens on one tv. I even upgraded to fibre - still happening. Who owns this issue as I have had enough being passed about.

@RosalynL if it only affects 1 TV Box then the issue is inside the home, specifically with how that box is connected.

Both your TV Box Edge's are currently showing as offline, so I cannot see how they are connected.  Are you able to provide more info?
