Hi - like many other posts, I've seen, I'm having trouble with subscription channel access, receiving the IPC6023 error message. I've followed the instructions, checking (and even changing) cable connections, restarting the router, but to no avail. I know it's not a subscription problem as I can watch the channels on my mobile, so am currently doing this and streaming to my TV via airplay - but not ideal obvs.
Appreciate any advice pls.

It sounds like you have tried everything you can, and we would need to get the error code looked into and see what is needed to get the subscription channels working for you.
To do this, please get in touch with our broadband tech guides and they will complete some troubleshooting for this error code.
