When I watch itv hub and it gets to the ads the machine either goes fast slow blank or logs me all together ……why …any help …thanks

I'm having the same problem,whenever there is a break for the ads,screen goes blank & logs me out,have to start over by logging back in,it's a right pain in the butt.I managed to get through the Karen Pirie episodes but i haven't been back since.It doesn't happen with any other apps,so i guess it's a problen with this particular one
