Hi, If anyone could help.
I have been searching the internet for weeks trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, I have exactly the same problem with my BT Youview box DTR-T2100.
I know all is good with my broadband and network, other devices are working fine via the same ethernet feed, I have tried factory resets both on the Youview box and my home hub. and nothing works?
I have also tried to auto & manually connect without success??
Any help would be appreciated 🙏
