I have recently joined BT and get the Ipc6023 error when trying to view any TV channel. An engineer has been out and changed the router and it all appeared to work but as soon as he left I got the error again. Any ideas on how to resolve this are welcome.

Powerline converters are a notorious cause of this error, if you're using them then you should ditch them. 

Try connecting the TV box to the hub via an ethernet cable, if you still get the error then there is most likely an issue with the DSLAM, this would require the attention of Open Reach.
