It's a new aerial that was set up as we change the box to the updated Pro box.

I have now sorted the problem still not sure what caused it but I hate being beaten by a machine.

Some TV's , my daughter's Hisense for example , will move the HD channels to the SD positions so you then have 1 = BBC1 HD through to 5 = Channel 5 HD . Confusing to start with but great once you're used to it.

Yep, but that doesn't happen on the YouView boxes @TimCurtis
The only time ITV HD would be on channel 3 on a YouView box is in IP mode.

Of course your right so @57mo must be using IP Mode & not aerial presumably.
