Lip Sync on surround not saving between sessions

I thought this box was near perfect, lip sync through my sound bar on stereo works fine each time you switch everything  back on, however when you set the sound mode to surround for the sound bar you can get lip sync to work by changing the delay time, but when you switch back on everything you have to reset the lip sync again, this is not good enough really, can we possibly have a firmware update, I notice other people have had lip sync issues, thanks

Configuration:-

BT PRO BOX - HDMI - TV - HDMI - SOUNDBAR

Works fine in stereo, but when you select surround on the BT TV PRO lip sync is out of sync 

I have managed to get it working by changing the audio delay on the BT TV PRO and pressing done and when I switch back on the next day the amount of delay I selected is still showing but the lip sync again is out of sync and I have to go through the process again

Also does not matter which picture frame rate I select, also I have done a factory reset on the BT Box and tv and sound bar but the problem is still there, my adjustment for delay on my tv has been both set on and off and does not effect the issue

Netflix internally from my tv works fine with the sound bar on surround regarding lip sync, so am certain issue is the BT TV PRO BOX

Can a moderator report this issue to the design team for a possible firmware update please, thanks

@Sn00ker  Surround sound settings on this box are s***. Shouldn't have to keep swapping out settings. Been moaning about this since I had the box since last August.
