<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
Programmes are recording perfectly well except for one set. There is no other recording scheduled for that time; it has a recording sign on it; it was recording but just stopped. I have the TV on standby. Other programmes record later.
