Recently got new mobile while trying to log in to now TV app keeps coming up with email not recognized. My now subscription is linked to my BT account. Have contacted now they suggested to contact BT.

Is there anything unusual about the new mobile (is it sourced from Uk stock or imported) ?
Yes can still login on other devices.
No phone is from Tesco UK.
As its a new mobile are all the firmware and software updates been applied ?
