Hope someone can help me with this problem.
My 4k box, which I have had for a few years now, has suddenly lost all the Freeview channels. I have rebooted it without success, and also rebooted the hub. Freeview works fine through the TV so the aerial must be OK. I connected up to my old YouView box and freeview channels are there, so it looks as though my 4K box has developed a fault.
Is there anything else I can try before ringing BT?

Try retuning it from the Settings menu
