Have been a BT broadband and TV customer for years.
Earlier this year I was upgraded to BT fibre.
This triggered a change of account from BT to EE.
At the start of July I list access to Now Entertainment on all platforms - all Now Sport channels (including HD) continued to work.
Now, from 1st August, I have lost access to all HD channels including Sky and TNT channels despite having the HD and 4K package.
This, on top of a month of no Sky entertainment, despite 5 long calls to EE to sort it out, meand I am now extremely hacked off😠 (I have been very patient with BT/EE until now).
I cannot face calling EE again!!!

You've taken the Big Sport package with the HD add-on. I've fixed your HD access - this should start working for you straight away (in and out of the app).
It looks like you paid Now TV directly for your entertainment subscription - it's not possible to merge EE and Now TV subscription packages on the same account, which will be why it's not allowing Entertainment in the app anymore.
The 2 options going forward are:
1. Add Entertainment to your EE TV subscription - you'll need to call the helpdesk for this. This will allow Entertainment and Sport to be watched both in the app, and on the TV Box.
2. Split the accounts, so you can use your existing Now TV log in for your existing Entertainment subscription (app only), and log in separately to watch sport (app and TV Box).
