A month or so back I ordered the new Multiroom mini box. It’s not for me as it will not work with my new router. The main pro box will work through a dedicated lan port. However my new Wi-Fi 6e router does not have IPTV over WiFi.
To be honest it’s not the best with half the streaming apps missing. Am I right in saying the mini box can be cancelled and returned anytime as it’s a monthly contract.
Can’t see where I can cancel it in MyBT and jut wanted to get my facts in order before the phone call.

You are correct, it is a 31-day contract, but I don't have one on my account to check the cancellation process I'm afraid.
