Missing guide/channel

My guide has dropped BBC1 HD off the guide which means that I can no longer record in HD. 
All the other channels are there. If you type in 101 it automatically reverts to 001. Anybody else come across this and what did you do to solve it? I have switched it all off and reset it already.

Yes I have seen this, but only on my LG TV, never on a YouView box.

However, I’m pretty sure the fix is the same; do a retune on the Box, see if 101 comes back.

Hi there Dawn, thanks for posting. Looks like your TV box is getting it's signal from the transmitter mast near Sutton Coldfield and looks to have improved since yesterday. Hopefully the sage advice from Midnight Voice has helped out but do post back if you see any other issues.

Thank you for the help. System had “ hidden” the channel for some reason, did the retune and all is now back to normal and I can record BBC1 again.
