Multiroom
Hi,
I have 3 TVs and want to have them all working at the same time. I understand I can only have 1 mini box linked to my account, but really need 2. I am with BT who only allow 1 mini box, but understand that if you are with EE, you are allowed 2 mini boxes.
can anyone confirm if my info is correct and what do I need to do to have 2 mini boxes linked to my account
Thanks

Re: Multiroom
The mini boxes do not record, and they can’t view recordings from your main box either. They merely allow you to watch your channels and apps on another tv. The mini box with BT is an extra £10pm and the first mini box with EE is at no extra cost and then the second mini box is an extra £10pm. If you want 2 mini boxes you will need to swap over to EE broadband and recontract.

Re: Multiroom
Just dont get why anyone would pay for a mini box that doesn't support Now UHD.
Just invest in a streaming device.

Re: Multiroom
Some people only have HD or lesser TVs, especially in secondary locations.
Some people with UHD TVs connected to mini boxes believe EETV is working hard to bring us UHD on Now.

Re: Multiroom
Look like Sky are keeping UHD in house. Gives buying now directly added incentive.

Re: Multiroom
Hi
just swapped my broadband from BT to EE. Got my current TV package for £2 a month less, plus 2 mini tv boxes for £5 for 2 years, as well as Sky sports, TNT sports and Sky movies for 3 months at no extra cost.
So I got what I wanted in the end !!,
thanks
