The box will not record any programmes. Is there a way of resetting it or do I have to get a new one

Thanks for the info. I tried the reset but I still cannot record any programmes. Do you think I'II need a new box and what is the price of these boxes?.
Hi, @Harold79793544 It sounds like the hard drive might have gone faulty in the box. If you're within contract on your BT TV subscription a replacement box is free.
