BT sent me out a new router due to them switching to digital voice, I have installed the new box but none of my NOW tv channels work. I have restarted the tv box and the router but get an on screen message ‘there is a problem with your broadband which is affecting [channel name] check your connection and restart the router’ I have done this numerous times to no avail. What’s the problem? Everything was working fine before

I assume error IPC6023?
It'd be worth checking this setting before anything else:
https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/getting-set-up/how-to-set-up/bt-smart-hub-2/full-fibre-mode
If you have full fibre (with a separate white Openreach modem) then it needs to be enabled. Otherwise it needs to be disabled
