Netflix Activation

Hi I’ve recently moved my TV services away from Sky over to BT 

I’ve been with BT for TV for my services since January now and I’ve never had an email asking to link my Netflix account, checked junk folders and spam. 

Tried via a link that’s been posted around the forums 

bt.com/activatenetflix

This always says try again in 24hrs 

I’m being asked by Netflix directly now to start paying for my Netflix now that Sky has fully closed off my package. 

Can a mod message me and get me some assistance please. 

I spoke to BT and they said to contact Netflix to set it up….. which I know is incorrect. 

I’ve an existing account and I want it linked to my BT account.
