Sadly no one here could help so I resorted to the live chat. They weren’t able to sort it out but gave a suggestion I could try. I unplugged the aerial from the box and did a retune. This brought up the subscription channels but none others. Then I plugged the aerial back in and did another retune and hey presto! My channel was found. Might seem insignificant but it’s one of my favourites and I wasn’t going to let it go lightly! The solution might help someone else.
