Hi folks, just had BT engineer fitting my broadband for tv, the Ariel engineer has been delayed for 3 days. My question is should I be able to receive any channels without an outside Ariel, such as sky Atlantic or others or will I have to wait on the TSG Ariel. Sorry if this is a totally daft question but as I’ve been with Virgin for 28 years never needed an outside Ariel.
