Did you download the update before resetting?
Yes downloaded the update , then reset the box… I’ve just reset it again… went though all the rylan stuff and then it said select internet mode. Clicked that and no channels appeared and the guide says unable to show. Strange

I have been waiting for this for a while as I was unable to get an antenna installed on the house due not being able to find a place where it would get signal.
Iam guessing you lose any recordings that are on the box when you do the reset?
If this works as most of you are reporting then the only thing I will be waiting for is being able to purchase a TV box for another room that an be connected via WiFi rather than Ethernet and I will be VERY happy!
Hi, for those who have the update to enable IP please can you let me know the software, platform versions etc? Want to check I have the update before going through factory reset!

Manufacturer software was updated as well as component software.
That's both youview and drivers.
Most likely in preparation for ip mode.

@WelshDave see the new pinned posts on this forum - the new Multi Room box is also available. A miniature version of the Pro box with all the same 4K HDR Atmos capability but no recording and it's IP only.
