I can't log in to NOW TV because the wrong email address has been used by BT when setting up my account. Can this be changed?

Sorry for the mix up with your NOW email address. This can be changed for sure so that you're able to log in. We are extremely busy at present so try my colleagues in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150 and they'll get you sorted.
