Just set up EE TV with now tv entertainment and cinema, discovery and Netflix included. Netflix and discovery works but now tv isn’t working, it’s showing in my products but when I click on mange it says I’m not a tv customer! Any help
Unfortunately there was a typo when your Now TV account was registered as part of your order. Can you please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk and I'll go through steps to transfer the account to the correct email address.
