Hi.
1) My box failed.
2) I contacted chat support via the official support page and the helpful chap ordered a replacement.
3) The dispatch email said 4K box had been sent (I didn't have a 4K box, just assumed this was what you get)
4) No 4K box arrived, but 3 (yes THREE) x HD YouView Boxes have arrived in the last few days. Along with three returns bags.
5) I checked my account and there are three orders on the date I contacted support:
